A CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap) is not a legal entity, so the liability of the active partners (managers) can extend to personal assets in the event of business losses.

Normally, processing the notarial deed, the Registered Certificate (SKT) from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and issuing the NIB through the OSS RBA takes around 3 to 5 business days once all required documents are complete.
